From Manila, ride a bus or travel with your car to Batangas City Pier. From Batangas City, (you can leave your car in the Pier parking lot) you ride a Ferry Boat and arrive in Puerto Galera in 2 hours.If you are lucky, you will see dolphins and whales swimming along the side of your boat. Always have your camera ready. You will enjoy the sites.
