I would suggest that you arrange transportation to the Island directly with Paul and Liberty. They can give you the details and book one of the 5-6 passenger "seats" on the banca (boat).
And prepare to get wet! the banca is very small and the water is usually i bit rough because of wind and current. The sea is least 'aggressive' in the morning.
