When there is a party, there is a liquor. It doesn't matter if children are present. They will appreciate it when you join in but don't get drunk some are nasty when they are drunk.
San Miguel Beer is the most popular one, tanduay rhum is the next one and the local liquor out of coconut called "tuba". Try it ! Maybe you'll like it.
Birthday celebrants pay the tab when dining out
If you are the birthday celebrant, they expect you to pay the tab when dining out. They usually don't pick what they wanted......you are the man....unless you ask what is good to eat. They will always say, it's up to you!
when inviting someone to dine out in any occacion, they expect you to pay for it unless you have an agreement with them.
Good friends holding hands and arms
Good friends and buddies, women or men sometimes hold hands and arms around to each other in the mall or on the street. Nothing to it, just good buddies. They are not gay or lesbians, just good friends.
In the rural areas, they sometimes do this annoying habits; they twist your arm to join in with their lunches or dinner or whatever. If you are hungry, join in and they will appreciate it but if you're not, just say; "Thank You, I'm not hungry". They sometimes keep repeating it...don't be annoyed, just say 'thank you' again until they quit asking..Related to:
