puerto princesa to sabang
It's a two-hour ride worth PHP 110. Along the way you'll take in great views of Karst Mountains and herons flying over rice paddies. There's only one bus offering the said route, RBL... It's near the terminal for buses going to El Nido. There are only two schedules, we took the first trip at 8am. The other one is at 12nn. For the first trip, though, you have to take a beat-up jeep.

Getting to Sebang
There are a few ways to get to Sebang. For example
to/from Puerto Princesa:
-- Most people will visit using a packaged day tour from Puerto Princesa for ~1200P.
-- Otherwise, there are jeepneys for 150P leaving Puerto Princesa's "San Jose New Market". Any tricycle in Puerto can take you to San Jose Market. First jeepney is ~5am and the last one leaves at 2pm. Should take 2.5 hours, but ours took 4 due to multiple flat tires.
-- Private vans can be hired for ~5000P per car
Go to/from El Nido:
-- There are banca boats that leave 7am and take ~5 hours depending on winds and weather. These are not always available due to weather. Typically these go twice weekly. Cost is 1500P
-- A private banca boat can be hired for ~8000P. Same weather restrictions apply.
-- Jeepney is available that takes approximately 8 hours. Departure time is in the morning only.
-- A private van can be hired for between 9000~11000P. Time is approximately 6 hours.
eduardo-2 bus to sabang
escape the rigid package tours from puerto to sabang which costs you 1,200p per head when you can do the tour alone sans their help for less than 500p. it's not a problem going there at your own pace. bus leaves to and from puerto at 10am, 12noon, 2pm in that interval.
going back to puerto is not a problem either. in addition to the bus which locals use, there are vans parked around. they either have no passenger back to puerto or they have few passengers that they may allow other commuters to join them back to puerto. back in puerto, these buses can be found in the new bus terminal which is situated miles away from the city proper.
