Fondest memory: We leave Alaminos around 2 p.m. and while traveling I took pictures of mountains and the sea....While traveling going home the rain falls so we have to stay in bus stop along the highway since we don?t bring any raincoat at that time. This is how we look and our motorbike.

why we happen to be in this place... story...

    CHURCH

Fondest memory: Last July 14, it was Wednesday here… my husband and our friends decided to go to Our Lady of Manaoag in Pangasinan and bring their brand new motorbike and have its blessing. It is like a tradition or rather belief to some Filipino people that when we bought a new/old vehicle the 1st we did is bring it to Our Lady of Manaoag for her blessing for our safe journey or travel in the future. Since mostly our friends are all catholic we don’t have problem about going to Our Lady of Manaoag to drop by for safe journey every time our path cross the Pilgrim or the place. We make it a point to drop to see her for a few minutes. It is hard to forget or rather ignore old tradition, beliefs or custom that our older ones teach us when we are small. There is no harm believing in something that can’t hurt you.

We arrived at the church in Pangasinan 9 in the morning, we are so lucky that the priest we starting to pray and bless all the vehicles. How many days.

Favorite thing: Hundred Islands in Alaminos is a great place to go when you need a quick escape from the busy cities. I can say this is easily accessible from Manila since all you need is a bus trip and youre there. There's a scheduled trip to Alaminos everyday. When you visit this place, a good weekend is enough. I can say 2 days tops and you'll have a satisfying trip to Hundred Island already. You can actually tour all the 124 islands in just one day!
