This can be so late and most guest usually missed this one because they go home before sunset. Spending 30 minutes will be long enough to enjoy its beauty. My advice is that pack your things before sunset then return to the beach to watch it. You will love it. I took photos of some of my friends and let them take mine during the sunset.

The far flung beach in the town of Burgos, Pangasinan is a real beauty, untouched and peaceful. It is located in the coastal bario of Cabongaoan.
The sand is white and much finer than Patar beach of Bolinao, Pangasinan. I think it is about 1.5 km long. Some part of the beach is rocky though so better wear your swimming shoes and be careful with some sea urchins.
The water is clear and its more calm during the day and gets nasty as dusk approaches. There are a couple of resorts in the area mostly owned by foreigners but I can say it's still under develop due to its great distance from the town proper. Going here with a car is doable but I don't recommend it. Much better to rent a jeep because you will be facing unfriendly road as you go farther from the town. The travel time from the town proper of Burgos to Cabongaoan is about 2 hours. Bring everything you need like plenty of water, food and booze because finding this things in Cabongaon is not easy. You can buy fresh seafood and fish at Burgos public market.
