There is no restaurant on the island but you can ask the resort owner (in advance, of course) to prepare your food for a fee but they may required a minimum number of persons to cook for.
In Pensacola resort where we stayed, we are just fortunate that there was a team building of one company and the resort owner just include and/or added us to them and charged us P700 per head covering 1 breakfast, 1 lunch, 1 dinner and two snacks.
There is no established restaurant in Cagbalete Island except for those in the resorts. But at the Villa Cleofas Cagbalete Island Camping Resort one can get catered food if your group is composed 10 or more persons. If you went fishing, you can also request to have you catch cooked for a small fee.
The food prepared by the resort staff is adequate and filling. The price isn't bad either. :)
Favorite Dish: My favorite is the egg noodle and the cassava cake.
