JAC Liner has a terminal in Buendia (Gil Puyat LRT Station). So just get on a Lucena bound bus and ask the driver to alight you at the entrance/gate of Villa Escudero. Travel time is approximately 2.5hours. Fare (2007) is 123.50

How to get to Villa Escudero?
by victorwkf
This is information taken from the Villa Escudero website:Driving time is about 2 hours (90 km):Take the South Luzon Express Way (SLEX) Exit at 50 A (Lucena exit) Turn left at Sto. Tomas junction Head straight South. By pass the towns of Alaminos and San Pablo Slow down upon seeing the Quezon Province Boundary Arch. The Villa Escudero entrance is immediately to the left. Follow the instructions of the gate officer when turning into the Resort. Bus Lines: Several Bus Lines serve the route and will let you disembark and pick you up directly at the entrance (e.g. Tritran, JAC Liner, Philtranco, South Star). Personally, I would not recommend taking the bus due to security reason unless you have a local friend bringing you there. Also not recommend to drive due to the traffic and complexicity. Please see my transportation tip on "Transportation by Car".

Transportation by car

Due to security reasons plus the complexicity of roads in the Philippines, it is advisable not to attempt to drive to Villa Esucdero on your own, but rather join a day tour or get a tour agency to arrange the trip for you. This will cost much more, but the cost could be off-set if you can get several people to form a group. There are many of such local tours to Villa Escudero which you can find from the internet or arrange when you are in Manila. Alternatively, you can contact Cielo (VT member jasmine_trias) who is working in a tour agency in Manila which can help you arrange for this tour. I have to thank Cielo for helping me out for my Villa Escudero trip.
