The 240-hectare Bonifacio Global City is a project of the Fort Bonifacio Development Corporation, a joint venture of Ayala Land and Evergreen Holdings. Pursuant to R.A. 7227 or the Bases Conversion and Development Act of 1992, Fort Bonifacio was turned over to the Bases Conversion Development Authority (BCDA) in 1995. Bonifacio Land Holdings led by Metro Pacific was the winning bidder. Then in 2003, Ayala Land and Evergreen Holdings bought out the controlling shares of Metro Pacific.
Soon, Fort Bonifacio became the newest central business district, the Bonifacio Global City where prime commercial real estate, 5-star condominiums, and restaurants/restobars are located. It is also the site of Market! Market!, a big shopping complex with the peculiar freshness of a Sunday street market sometimes likened to the "tiangges" of Greenhills, but with the characteristic ambience, surroundings and pleasurable comforts of an Ayala Mall.
Serendra Piazza promises to be a haven of exotic flavors and distinctive finds. A perfect place for laid-back individuals looking for a refreshing refuge to jumpstart their leisure time. The place reincorporates the concept of specialty shops and restos all created to be a one-of-a-kind venue. Likewise, seeing the impressive architecture would make you feel at home and comfortable together with their personalized service and friendly ambience.
Piazza Serendra is the latest place to eat. With so many specialty and dazzling trendy restaurants, everyone can drop in for intimate dinners and special celebrations, casual business meetings or girl lunches and tea. It’s the reason it’s called as the new Foodie Haven, with a fine dining park. One can hop from one restaurant to another.
