Also known as kite surfing. The sports uses a power kite to pull a rider through the water on a surfboard. Generally, kiteboarding refers to a style of riding known as free-style or wakestyle where as kitesurfing is more waveriding orientated. These two styles usually require different boards and specific performance kites.

In Subic Yacht Club they had tennis court aside from swimming pool. (insert yacht club view) SBMA also have Olympic size swimming pool for swimmers. They also have Golf Course, Horse back riding inside the Forrest Hill that is exclusive only for their tenant.
During the rainy season, when the winds blow and the waves at Subic Bay are rough and high, the water could be unsightly brown in color to the chagrin of some tourists. However, to the kiteboarding afficionados, it is a welcome treat.
Kiteboarding is also known as fly surfing or kitesurfing, so-called because it uses kite for propulsion and surfboard/kiteboard to ride through the waves. Unlike wakeboarding where one is pulled by a boat, in kiteboarding, the rider of a small kiteboard is pulled by a giant kite that is blown by the wind.
Equipment: Kiteboard gear may be rented at the PADI office in Moonbay Marina.
Skimboarding or skimming is a sport where one rides a skimboard over shallow water on a beach and into oncoming waves close to shore. The board is usually tossed ahead and jumped on after a running approach. A skimboard is like a smaller verson of a surfboard.
On our latest visit to Subic, we watched a group of teenagers skimboarding at Moonbay Marina in Subic Bay Freeport Zone. It was so amusing seeing them glide over the shallow water and/or wet sand towards a wave, or simply riding in shallow water sideways along the beach.
Skimboarding is an interesting sport one can do even during the rainy season. No strict requirement for proper attire is a plus.
Equipment: Skimboard: Bring your own or rent at Moonbay Marina
Jetskiing is another popular water sports that you can do at Subic.
Equipment: Jetskis may be rented at the beach resorts and at Moonbay Marina
