There are a lot of options for hikers in Subic. My latest experience is the Nagsasa Traverse but you can also opt for the traverse through Mt. Balingkilat or Cinco Picos and a host of others.
The hike from the jump off point in Brgy. San Martin, Subic to Nagsasa Cove takes about 5-6 hours depending on how fast you walk.
This activity can be organized with the help of the local Aeta Chieftain Jimmy Ablong (09219543215) who will organize the guides and the boat for you.
IMPORTANT:
You need to write a letter of intent with a list of participants addressed to the Mayor of Subic, copy furnished the Police Chief Inspector and Chieftain Ablong.
It is best to start out very early in the morning (3:00a.m.) so you can catch the sunrise at the summit and miss the heat of the day on the last leg of the trail.
Cost of the Activity: P1100/pax give or take a few pesos
Deatailed costing:
Guide - P120/pax (P600/guide:5 guests)
Van - P600/pax (P6000 - Mla-Subic-Mla all in - Urvan seats 10 upwards)
If you want to hire a van, you may call: 0921-4567675 or 0915-5688242
Boat fare - P250/pax (Nagsasa- Pundaquit)
Local Tax - P20/pax
Entr. Fee - P50/pax (Nagsasa Beach)
Add: P200 to defray the cost of the guide fetching you from the Subic Police Station.
Bring at 2 liters trail water and your breakfast and lunch. Your group is also expected to bring food for the guides. They bring their own trail water.

Around Subic Bay there are cottages that you can hire for a day. Great if you have a large gathering of people for picnics and parties so they can all enjoy a pleasant swim at the bay. The facilities have kitchen, benches, fans and even karaoke machines! Very reasonably priced.

The boardwalk is a pleasant esplanade overlooking the beach and passes along fine restaurants and hotel accommodation. One can have a barstop and relax to enjoy the view while having an ice cold San Miguel or pina coladas

Why i say this cliche....
because all the activities requires you to wait
some activities like rappelling and superman requires you to wait and wait and wait..........
some guest fret......
some guest smithered at someone who is so kapal to make singit in the line...........
but my tip here is that
why waste your time fretting...
if it still not your turn for the activity - TAKE PICTURES.........
STRIKE A POSE.........with your friends like i did hahahahahahahaahaa

The earlier you are in the Treetop Adventure
the better (Applicable only on the peak season durig the months of April-May)
at this time of the season....
They usually have so many guest who make an early appointment
in this case the guests (usually 3 buses) who made an appointment will get the opportunity
to be first in every activity.........they prioritize them
That is why as they said....Early bird catches the Worm...........late bird cathes NOTHING........ :(

i paid 600 for the pictures (beacuse there are scene there that my friends cannot take and it is the best scene)...sometimes we take the 3R size pictures which is 2 copies for two hundred
we get a piece or the person will just tag it in fb(thats what you called saving)
i paid 1120 for all the activities minus the trekking
i paid 300 for my lunch and dinner
over all this travel cost.....Php 2,410.00
Not that much since we scheduled this trip three or four months ago..........

I say this because there are seven activities you have to do
in the Treetop Adventure (This is applicable in the peak season usually April-May)
and all the activities require you to be patient
the problem would be......if there will be too many guest for the day.........
the best thing to do here is to prioritize your activities........
the first two activities that you have to take priority will be
the superman and the rappelling..........
the rest is quite ok..........
you have to prioritize so that you can finish all the activities
without to much WAITING....

5" x 8" (1 copy) is 200 pesos
3R picture (2 copies) 200 pesos

I called this seesaw in the air
because its like that
i just dun no why they called this silver surfing......hahhaahahhaa
this activity is very tiresome specially in your arms (for first timers like me)
but after the activity
you will just think
that actually this activity is very safe
you can even
take your arms away from the grab bar
its still safe.............
also i forgot that in every event
there is a staff
who will take your pictures
thats why
you have to be aware of them
dont be caught unaware........
or else....you will get a not so good pictures hahahahahahahahah
