Dungaree and All-Hands beaches turned into a swimming pool with salty water. When the SBMA decided to privitize the beaches, the owners became crazy and erected a lot of cottages. Hence, you can't play frisbee, beach volleyball or even run around without running into someone. Because there are no beach spaces, almost everyone is in the water. All you can do is swim, kayak and jetski. Forget about skin diving; nothing to see there. Even when doing laps, you bump into someone. If there were few people (happens on weekdays), it's very ideal to do laps on this beach because there are almost no waves.
