The Beach that turned into a Swimming Pool

    Me at Dungaree Beach

Dungaree and All-Hands beaches turned into a swimming pool with salty water. When the SBMA decided to privitize the beaches, the owners became crazy and erected a lot of cottages. Hence, you can't play frisbee, beach volleyball or even run around without running into someone. Because there are no beach spaces, almost everyone is in the water. All you can do is swim, kayak and jetski. Forget about skin diving; nothing to see there. Even when doing laps, you bump into someone. If there were few people (happens on weekdays), it's very ideal to do laps on this beach because there are almost no waves.

    Swimming

by xynna Written Apr 15, 2005

When you say Subic, it always implies great beaches. So what will you while your on beach?.... Of course swimming, jetski, kayak, and all the water sports. You can visit the Ocean Park, and swim with the dolphins or if you're on a limited budget there is still a lot of beach resorts nearby.

    Grande Island

Capones Island is a popular resort, located offshore from San Antonio, Zambales that is now bypassed by the main highway, while there are a number of smaller resorts.

Grande Island- leave the city behind and cruise the quiet and tranquility of the ancient Grande Island in Subic, Zambales? ride a boat going to the Island and you can even stay for the night. They now have facilities for backpackers and vacationer inland and enjoy the water?you can even go fishing aside from swimming on the beach.

    Fruit Bats

In the forest of Subic, fruit bats are a familiar sight, especially in the afternoon. They picnic on fresh fruits from their natural habitat. Generally, they don't harm people, except when provoked.
