Uacon Transportation

Going there is pretty much straightforward (meaning there is no other way anyway hehe), so you go NLEX, exit at San Fernando, head to Subic (don't bother going through Olongapo City... traffic!), exit at SBMA's Kalaklan Gate, go left towards the town of Subic (yep, the town that sports that name is actually not the former military base & now freeport). Yes too, you will cruise along the famous/infamous Barrio Barretto, then follow the signs!

If (like us) you are conscious about kilometer markers, just look for 248, you're there! Uacon (depending on which resort you intend to stay at) is about 248 kilometres from "kilometer zero" (and that's Rizal's monument in Luneta if you have not known yet!).

Then again, if you went by bus (Victory Liner), all you have to say is "drop me at Dawal" and you can sleep your way through!

For the best information on getting to Uacon,Candelaria,Zambales then take a victory liner bus from Manila or Olongapo City, it,s quite a long journey so set out early ,they have air -con and local bus.From Manila direct bus from Caloocan bus terminal
