Lakewood is a municipality which is 45 minutes to be reached by car away from Pagadian City. This is my second time to visit the area where the Lake is found. At first time I saw only few improvements on the area. I saw the Bamboo House which served before as a conference and meeting place for Political groups and also for other Administrative Officers in the neighboring Cities. And before, there was a part of the swimming pool which was under construction yet.

Now, on my present visit it changed a lot. The Lakewood Town became Tourists´one of the center of attractions. So many changes were made. The place where stands the Lake itself became a very interesting Resort that live and bloom up to its utmost . People came from all over the Philippines to enjoy this hidden treasure of Nature.

Aside from being amused by the tranquility and beauty of the lake´s landscape, these three artistically built swimming pools along the lakeside now break the silence of the place. The entertainment factor grew up to attract different levels of people who can come and enjoy there day whenever they wanted to. There are kayaking, floating restaurant, Boating, Karaoke rooms, billiard halls, Before we left the place they were on the way to open the Zip line crossing the vast Lake down to the main center.
