Coming from a busy place like Manila, coming to Puerto Princesa was very interesting! In every 15 meters there are trash bins. All caught littering are penalized and charged P200 (about $4). All caught smoking in public areas are charged P1500 (about $30).Purto Princesa really deserves its title eing the cleanest city in the Philippines. Everyone has the discipline and contributes to the cleanliness of the city. All littering visitors, watch out. =)
