Clothing/Shoes/Weather Gear: Beach shoes - your feet will surely get wet when getting on/off boats or when you snorkel. So bring unless you wish to rent (roadside rental stalls available).
Toiletries and Medical Supplies: insect repellant - dengue and malaria are endemic in these parts so be sure not to forget this
sunblock - whether you'll snorkel, frolic on the beach or simply ride a boat on Honda Bay, the sun is sure to burn you up without this
Photo Equipment: Unless you have one, you can rent an underwater casing for your camera (at the snorkeling gear rental stall) so you could shoot the corals and fishes.
For the underground river, bring an accessory flash unit for your DSLR as your camera's built-in flash will not be strong enough to illuminate the massive rock formations.
Camping/Beach/Outdoor Gear: You can bring your own diving mask, snorkel and fins but if that'll prove bulky then you can always rent them here. Life vests are provided for free by your boatmen and required to be worn if you'll snorkel.
