Solis Barquillos at the Malipayon has been around for more than 30 years this part of town. they have been known to make the Long, and fat barquillos which we love with ice cream. Barquillos (egg wafers), barquiron (barquillos with polvoron), and pinasugbo are their best sellers. Php 200 per box
Roxas City is said to be the Seafood Capital of the Philippines. And so when you're traveling to this area, make sure to visit the local markets or palengkes and buy a little of everything that the city has to offer --crabs, shrimps, oysters, name it they have it. And not only that, you can get them for very low prices too! Thus, for a relatively small amount, you can buy enough to satisfy your seafood cravings for a year. A lot less than what you'd expect to spend in other areas of the country.
