Silay City Library is now wi-fi ready and is now accessible for anybody who wishes to surf the net using their own laptops, PCs and other IT gadgets within the range of the router at least 300 to 400 meters circumference. * this was back in college when we shoot our music videos in one of the churches.* also when we produce documentary stories bout "taong kalye" or those people living in street.** despite of poverty in some area, hospitability is undenyable. they have warm and kind hearted. we been treated nicely
