Well, this one makes me smile. Traveling in Surigao would best be summed up by me as thrill seeking. There are no taxis here. PT is either by trike(a small displacement 2 or 4 stroke motorcycle, typically 125ccs, with seating for up to 6 inside. On rare occasions you will see someone on the roof). There are also Multi Cabs(Small displacement Vans with a seperate front seat area, and a back seating area. Maximum occupency is 13 people, on a 660cc 12v gasoline engine. These vehicles travel the same route back and forth all day. There are NO stop signs or red lights in Surigao, with one exception. Right of way is usually determined by who is the bravest driver. I love it. Price ranges from about 12 pesoes for a few blocks, to about 30-35 pesoes for a few kilometers. For 2 people. That is between 6 and 30-35 cents per person. If you dont tip these hard working drivers, shame on you.

Not expensive after all its only 60 pesos individual (1 usd am not sure). They have schedules each destination but dont be worry of it coz there are many boats and its like every hour. Opps wait this boat is too small, You will ride bigger of this just in case though. But you can ask for special ride and am not sure how much it cost. You start taking pictures while your on the way to the place.
