Fondest memory: The one I really miss most are my in-laws, we used to go tagaytay together especially when we have a Balikbayan from U.S., Tagaytay was the witness of our good bonding, taking pictures together, dining together and many more.

Fondest memory: Tagaytay... since I was a single tagaytay is the best place for me to unwind, away from polluted city I miss the cool weather and the foggy mists of the place, i miss the horse back riding and the best bulalo in town.

Favorite thing: There is an interesting washing basin at the toilet of Leslie's Restaurant (see photo). It is actually a traditional water pump with a handle as the tap. In order to turn on the tap, the switch is actually at the bottom side, and not by pumping the water pump which I did but later found out it was wrong! Very interesting indeed :)

Favorite thing: Tagaytay, Taal Lake and Taal Volcano are heaven for photography, especially if the weather is very good. I took a lot of photographs with my digital camera when I was there, and the photos turned out very well. If you really want good photos, I suggest you go for the trek up to Taal Volcano, it is tiring but worth the effort :)

Favorite thing: I was very fortunate to catch a beautiful sunrise at Tagaytay in May 2006. You need to wake up very early, about 5.45am onwards to be able to catch the sun rising and shinning its rays onto the Taal Lake and volcano. More photographs of the sunrise are at the travelogue section of this VT page.

Favorite thing: I made a second trip to Tagaytay with my college girlfriends and spent the afternoon at Tagaytay Highlands supposedly for a relaxing spa treatment but we never got around to it. We ended up chilling at the main clubhouse enjoying the view.
Fondest memory: We must have had an "IGNORE US" sign on our foreheads...either that or the waitstaff in Tagaytay Highlands is simply too slow (lazy). We had to ask for napkins, forks, etc. and when they brought it, they'd only give to whoever asked. Kinda irritating but we were having such a good time it didn't matter.

Favorite thing: Be D._Pepper's travel buddy and take his pictures so he does the same with you. It's the best way to experiment and learn photography skills.
Thank you for being a great buddy, D! And oh, thank you for the birthday present :-)

Favorite thing: It's not scary to drive a lowered car along the roads of Tagaytay. But when it's time to park, especially along the ridge side of the road, that's when fear comes along =D
