Every Saturday night at TAJ of Tagaytay they have a live acoustic band playing. This Indian-Mediterranean Restaurant during weekdays changes into a bar like ambience every Saturday night. The band Acoustic Gravity plays 3 sets of songs and starts at around 9pm. Just right for the mood to party, chat, dine and relax. Enjoying the night while me and my friends catch up with stories and exchange jokes. We tried their arabian way of smoking they call it shisha and we had a rose flavored tobacco molases. It's an experience. I always wanted to try it in Makati but I am too shy to do so coz I am really not a smoker. The chicken biryani is superb! Sulit and you really get your money's worth. The masala chai (spicy indian tea) mmmmmm.....you can taste the richness of the tea. A MUST TRY also! Me and my friends will be coming to Tagaytay again next weekend and hang out at TAJ. So homy and comfortable place. I hope they can open all of the rooms so we can just check in. I heard that they have 3 operational rooms as of now and they are themed. I wonder how it looks like inside...hmmmm...soon.
