Tourist Attractions in Zamboanga City

Just like any other airport in the Philippines, be careful at the airport. Locals who work at or around the airport love foreigners because they assume that they will be first-timers and that they don't really know anyone in the city/province. They will try to overcharge you on anything from handling your bags to the ride to your hotel. Make sure you negotiate fares before agreeing on anything. Zamboanga is a small city and the airport is close to most of the places foreigners visit so a ride to town shouldn't be anywhere in the hundreds (pesos).
