Clothing/Shoes/Weather Gear: As you can imagine, with Singapore practically lying on the equator, there really is only one option for clothing... warm weather clothing. Changi Village has alot of water surrounding it, so you will probably need some beach combing gear, and a windbreaker for night, but otherwise wear whatever you would choose to wear in the summer time of other locations.
