This is the only revolving restaurant in Singapore and it serves delicious Chinese and dim sum dishes. It is nestled on top of a flour silo located along Telok Blangah Road very near to the World Trade Centre, with the panoramic view of Singapore's skyline in the Southern part of the country.
The restaurant's specialties include the much-loved authentic barbecued Peking Duck, with its crispy skin wrapped in a thin Chinese pancake, delectable Lobster Salad, sweet and mouth-watering Double-boiled Bird's Nest with Honey Dew. Other all-time favourites include yummy Braised Whole Abalone and delectable Deep-Fried Chicken served with a spicy sauce concocted from a secret recipe.

There are some small eateries located at the junction of Kampung Bahru and Blair Road, which sell spicy and delicious Indian and Malay food, including the local roti prata, mutabak, nasi brayani, mee goreng etc.

There is a famous stall selling delicious local dish Yong Tau Foo as well as fishball noodles located at the coffeeshop beneath housing block 148 at Silat Housing Estate, Kampung Bahru. What is Yong Tau Foo? It is actually a selection of various local food items such as fish balls, beancurd, vegetables etc where you get to choose and then the store owner will cook for you. You can either select them in soup or dried in either chilli or tomato sauce.
