There are some restaurants at Mt. Faber, I've never personally tried any of them, but I will try to list them here anyway:
The Jewel Box
The Altivo Bar
Faber Hill Bistro
Glass Bar
Faber Rock
Some of the sites there are having some renovation to incorporate new ideas to further blend in with the nature at Mt. Faber.
The renovation is estimated to finish by end of year 2008.
One of their services includes Sky Dining in cable cars going from Mount Faber to Sentosa.

Have you heard of Sky Dining on board a cable car?
For S$68 per couple, you will enjoy a 3 course meal from 6.30pm to 8.30 pm on Tue to Thu. For weekend the price is at $138 per couple.
You can enjoy a scenic view of Singapore and Sentosa while dining onboard the cable car.
Is it safe. Sure it is safe! Once you get used to it, even if u are afraid of heights you will love it.

This restaurant serves Chinese and seafood, and is located in a ship like structure on top of Mount Faber. You can either sit in the air conditioned room, or sit outside on top of the ship during the evenings when the weather is cooler. You can have very good views from this restaurant and the food is reasonable.

Have a drink at The Hill Bistro if you just wish to chill out.
They have seats with nice views overlooking the city skyscrapers.

There is a nice pub at the cable car centre with very good views of the harbour, sentosa island, world trade centre as well as the surrounding islands on a clear day.
