There is a cosy restaurant located at Sembawang Park called the Beaulieu House Rstaurant which serves local food and seafood at an affordable price. This restuarant is situated in a former British colonial building with a very good embiance.
Update: My wife and I went there again in January 2009 and took some photos (see attached photos and travelogue section of this VT page).
