Wak Hassan Drive is a small road located just next to Sembawang Park, with a small beach which is an extension of the Sembawang Park beach. This area used to be a Malay fishing village but it has been demolished years ago. Soon, this place may be developed into private beachfront bungalows and terraces.

There is a cosy restaurant located at Sembawang Park called the Beaulieu House Rstaurant which serves local food and seafood at an affordable price. This restuarant is situated in a former British colonial building with a very good embiance.
Update: My wife and I went there again in January 2009 and took some photos (see attached photos and travelogue section of this VT page).

Sembawang Park is also very nice at night with lots of local people having barbeque, camping, chit-chating etc. The weather is cooling and your can even go fishing at the jetty. Photographs of Sembawang Park at night are at the travelogue section of this VT page.
