It's still bursting with activities when you visit Little India after dinner. So hop on down at night if you want a different and of course cooler (due to the hot weather!) view of this place.
You can walk down the main road of Serangoon...watch how the neon lights illuminate Little India (more so from the glitter of the gold shops), browse through Mustafa Centre, have a cup of Teh Tarik or some Indian sweets from the confectionary as you people-watch.
If you are visiting during Deepavali, expect to elbow your way through the crowd.
