The Cafe Cartel: Try the St Louis Ribs

    by arni_ph075 Written Feb 8, 2008

Its an American bistro type, reminds me of TGI Fridays's without the fancy hats on waiters/waitresses. Great place for casual dining with friends. Most of the menu , comes with all you can eat bread. Its still warm and toasty when I dine, bread is delicious, nothing fancy, baguette actually.

Service was fast, and serving size is huge. Good enough to share. Price wise, its affordable.

Try to check it out after a shopping spree @ Raffles City, its a great pit shop before heading to the MRT.

Favorite Dish: I sampled the St Louis half slab ribs, it comes with drinks, soup, unlimited bread, with french fries plus salad.. Its huge serving but cost only ~12 sgd. The ribs taste great, tender meat, oh well im a great fan of baby back ribs and its one of the best I tried in Singapore.

The Cafe Cartel: Very good portions and delicious

    by Lyda1973 Written Oct 18, 2006

Located at the entrance of Plaza Singapura 68 Orchard Rd. Is a small restaurant, western style. Have combos for lunch and a la carte; most of all, steaks, BBQ ribs, fried chicken, onion rings, fried fish and much more, the menu is extensive for food and beverage.
They have a free bar with bread and sauces.
The portions are huge and is very tasty, the staff is very attentive and the service is quick.
Is a very good option if you’re hungry and want a moderate restaurant.
They gave us a free S$5 voucher for our next visit.
    Also manage discount for students.

    Favorite Dish: Crispy Combo S$36.50
    Oreo Cake S$ 4.65
