Thai Thai was started by Chaluth Cheepsatayakorn, whose mother used to cook for the Royal Court in Thailand (or so his meal says and after tasting his food I have no reason to doubt him). His mother began teaching him to cook when he was 6 and it shows. Thai Thai restaurant is the real deal and features several authentic dishes made from fresh ingredients and recipes for those special sauces that only mom can make.
Favorite Dish: Chili prawns with steamed white rice and a healthy amount of Tiger beer to wash it down!
