Food Is Expensive Around Merlion Park

Most tourist will drop at the City Hall MRT and walk to this Merlion, it's a nice walk no doubt. But, if you're on budget and about the lunch or dinner time . I would suggest you to feed yourself at the raffles city third floor food junction where you find variety of food and is reasonable.
It's because the food(restaurant) around Merlion Park is expensive.

    Not really a Tourist Trap

The Merlion Park is popular with Tourist, but the prices of T-shirts and other stuff are quite reasonable. The price of Satay at D'Original Satay Club for instance is quite fair. This pictures shows the price of 3 T-shirts (made in China of course) for $10/- . Maybe in Mustafa Centre or you could get 5 for $10/-

Fun Alternatives: Try to bargain even though the price is fixed.
