Besides the Taman Serasi Food Garden, there are several other food outlets at the Singapore Botanic Gardens (see webpage below). I have tried the food at the Halia Restaurant and it is good, with a very good ambience as well.

This air-conditioned food court is located at the renovated Singapore Botanic Garden headquarters near to the Tanglin Gate along Napier Road and Cluny Road junction. It serves a variety of local food and is a good place to enjoy the air-con and relax after walking around the garden.
