Favorite thing: There is a nice stadium at Yishun New Town at the junction between Yishun Avenue 1 and Yishun Avenue 2. Many locals use this stadium for sports e.g. jogging, soccer. Sometimes soccer matches of the Singapore soccer league are held at this stadium.

Favorite thing: For those of you who likes fishing, there is a good fishing jetty at the Lower Seletar Reservoir Park located along Yishun Avenue 1. This park is very beautiful and many local people come here to relax, have picnic and do some fishing. There are lots of fishes in the reservoir, so it should be attractive to those who likes fishing.

Favorite thing: You will notice several big satellite dishes next to the Lower Seletar Reservoir. These belong to IDA Singapore and this is supposed to be their C&E testing centre.
