C'Elico sits high on the hill, with a great view of the busy waterways below, the Dolsandogyo and the city ports.
If the weather is nice, the restaurant has a patio with fresh air and great views. If the weather is not cooperative, the restaurant has large windows that still offer a good panorama.
Favorite Dish: This restaurant has decent appetizers, but we did not try any of the main dishes. We simply had a few drinks on the patio and enjoyed the view.
