This fortress was built to move the Headquaters Chungcheong Byeongma Do jeol jesa, which had been in Deoksan from 1417 yearof King Taejong in the Jeosun Dynasty.

Seosan, susan-si is the located inthe western part of Chungcheong-namdo. Beautiful coastline and there are large numbers of sand beaches.
