Angels Sin is a great place to cruise in to and meet other foreigners. The bar staff are friendly and there's a pool table. On any given night your pretty sure of meeting some foreign English teachers and others there. It's a great way to find out about things to do on the island.

Don't expect a night life over here unless you're here in Seongsan village on the last day of the year. Join the villagers as they sing, dance and eat at the site of an ancient volcano site. The party lasts till dawn, by the way, so it's suitable for all isomnics . This takes place only once a year.
Dress Code: It can be bloody cold out here at night so swaddle yourself with thick coats and mufflers.
