Stay out of the hotel night club at the Hotel Miranda. Although they have live bands on weekends, it’s a complete waste of time and money. Its a large place but sparsely attended. That should tell you something right there. There is no cover charge but one beer will cost you @ $15. You are not permitted to talk to talk to other club patrons. You will be rudely manhandled by one of the many bouncers if you even appoarch another table and ask a girl to dance. For that privilege, you must "bribe" (they call it tip) the Mafioso bouncer 37000 won. Girls and guys separate circles, rarely mixing. In summary, it’s a high price to pay for rudeness and boredom.
Unique Suggestions: BYOD. Bring Your Own Date.
Fun Alternatives: Try the Roma Nightclub across the street from the Hynix Plant. Its not the Hyatt (in Seoul) but Ichon is not known for its party atmosphere.
