It is important to note that there are two airports in the Seoul region, namely Incheon International Airport and Gimpo Airport (just like Narita Airport and Haneda Airport in the Tokyo area of Japan).
International flights are normally at Incheon International Airport (except for some flights to Japan, I was told). Gimpo Airport is mainly for domestic flights within South Korea and is located on the mainland nearer to Seoul (in fact you can see Gimpo Airport from afar when you travel from Seoul to Incheon International Airport).
There is an expressway linking the two airports and also an airport bus which travel between the two airports. Important thing to check is which airport is your flight.

We stayed at the Hyatt Regency Hotel for one night. It was included with our flight to London with Korean Air, which also included dinner and a fantastic buffet breakfast.
