The drink is called a juicy, and the girl is called a juicy girl.
A drink can easily set you back over W8000-10000.

Feign deafness ;)
OR
NO --this is the best response BUT be ready to get your talking partner yanked away from you.

Normally, if you buy a drink for yourself, your decline won't be taken so hard, and you can continue to talk a wee bit more until a paying client comes along.
