Yongin Travel Guide

 machomikemd Says:  this one is in the European Adventure Part of Everland, we were lounging around and taking pictures, afterwards we took the cable car to the Global Fair Main Street and go back to Seoul. 

 machomikemd Says:  this in Magic Land part of Everland. We had a 4d ride with a korean monkey hero and into a jungle river cruise (similar to disneyland) and the waiting time was 1 hour and the ride was about 6 minutes and I was also soaked there. 

 machomikemd Says:  this the part where we rode the rafts in the wild river ride. Since this was a holiday, it was jampacked and the waiting time was about 45 minutes. the ride took about 5 minute and was exhilarating and I was soaked. see my videos. 

 machomikemd Says:  this is a continuation of our everland trip and here we are at zootopia, watching different species of animals and enjoying the animal show (caveat: the animal show is in korean so have an interpreter in there while watching!). the animal show features several acts and skits...

 machomikemd Says:  Everland is a Huge Amusement Complex located in Yongin City, about 50 kilometers from seoul. Everland is Composed of 3 huge theme areas, the Disney Like Festival World (with 5 sub-areas), the Carribbean Bay, a large water-themed park and Speedway, the race themed area. It is... 

 victorwkf Says:  There is a mini zoo located at Yongin Everland where you can see various animals and birds, including the rare siberian tigers and polar bears. There is also a nice man-made waterfall located here. 

 victorwkf Says:  There is a huge flower garden with colourful flowers in various shapes and display, as well as fountains, stone sculptures etc. Not to be missed when you are at Yongin Everland and more photos are at the travelogue section of this VT page. 

 victorwkf Says:  Around 9pm at the flower garden area, there is a huge stage with very good performance plus laser show and fireworks display. Go there earlier and get a good seat as it will be very crowded when the show starts. More photos are at the travelogue section of this VT page. 

 victorwkf Says:  There is a very colourful and impressive float parade around 8pm along the walkways of Yongin Everland and this is not to be missed when you are there. More photos are at the travelogue section of this VT page. 

 victorwkf Says:  Since Yongin Everland is located on a hilly area, there are ski-lifts at various locations where you can take up or down the slope instead of having to walk. However, the queue can be rather long especially near the time when the park is going to close. 

 victorwkf Says:  It can get very crowded during the weekends at Yongin Everland as a lot of locals visit the theme park, so it is better to avoid this time. Also peak season such as summer and autumn brings in a lot of people. 

 victorwkf Says:  Some of the rides involving water might cause you to be wet even though plastic covers are provided, so be careful especially electronic equipments such as cameras and videos.
