I enjoyed Namsam for another reason, the trees, rock structures and flowers make great memorable photos.

I sat here enjoying the sun having a conversation with a few Koreans, well listening as I kept repeating sorry I don't understand. Beautiful Buddha inside.

In the hall, is enshrined the Sakyamuni Buddha, who attained enlightenment in India more than 2500 years ago. The hall is located in the courtyard of the Bugulska temple.

This site on the Unesco Cultural Site, is a peaceful place to start before hiking up the trail to the Seokguram Grotto. The 4000 wan entrance fee was well worth it.

The place is very nice, unique and historical. Huge mounds serve as burial grounds of royalties from the Silla Kingdom.

This place is area to walk around late in the afternoon or early morning when the light is at it's best.

In the very centre of the city is Tumuli Park . This walled area contains about 20 tombs of monarchs and members of their family. This is a must see!

Cheomseongdae is the oldest Observatory in East Asia and was bult 632 - 646 AD. It has a very simple design and is very interessting!
