    You can check out the local traditional food at the market. I had a cheap spicy cold bowl of soup here with kimchi for 2000 wan ($2US).

    Cheonmachong is special significance tombs of great tombs park. Cheonmachong mean's are Heavenly Horse Tomb, whice is open to the public, with examples of its rich culture on display.

    Bomyeongru is the part of Bulguksa Temple, another name of Bomjonggak ( Brahma bell pavilion ). It was originally constructed 751A.D and reconstructed original form

    Cheomseongdae is the oldest Observatory in East Asia and was bult 632 - 646 AD. It has a very simple design and is very interessting!

    In the very centre of the city is Tumuli Park . This walled area contains about 20 tombs of monarchs and members of their family. This is a must see!

    Walking from Bulguksa I soon reached Seokguram Grotto,
    I was anxious to visit its Buddha and although I was not allowed to take picturs of it, I bought postcards representing it, so I felt satisfaed.
