While Jukdo might not be as big or as famous as Jagalchi Market in Busan, the flip side of that is that Jukdo does not have lots of foreigners walking around. You can easily get up close and personal with the locals and their catch.
But also, being that the locals are not accustomed to foreigners walking the market, they typically do not resort to the pressure-sales tactics that other tourist traps employ.
There are countless shops in the bazaar, from fish to household goods. There are also countless fish and seafood restaurants to choose from. The market is easily a few hours tour by foot.
