Visit the South side of the island. There are some great carstops along the coast. The Kwan-Hae-Jeong Pavillion is one of them.

To me it was really different to see so many local graves in the hills. They come in all sorts. I saw half grass domes, graves in rows on plateaus and some really rich ones with walls, gratings and sculptures.
