    The oldest university in Seoul is Yonsei University. It was founded in the late 1700s/early 1800s and has a look and feel that is similar to the Ivy Leagues of the East Coast. This sprawling campus has beautiful, old buildings covered in ivy. The entire campus is surrounded by trees and hiking paths. You can hike up to the top of one of the hills and catch a great view of the city.

    A great way to experience South Korea budism. We were in Minhwagsa temple and had a great time experiencing a daily routine of monks.

    Suwon is an ancient fortress city. You can walk along the entire wall, which was designated by UNESCO in 1997 as a World Cultural Heritage.

    This was one my highlights of Korea so far. It's located to the north of Jirisan National Park which is the biggest park cave.. It was stunning. The photo is outside the cave before you go in...
