Shinae, the old downtown area, is a great place to wander around at night. There are hundreds of bars, clubs, restaurants and food stalls and a great atmosphere, especially at the weekend.
Most people don't arrive here until after 9pm. Some come downtown after midnight. There are clubs that are open all night and people are still dancing and drinking at 7am in the morning.
