    At Evolution Combat Academy we train sport Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ), No Gi Submission Grappling, Mixed Martial arts and Western Boxing . Students can choose which discipline they wish to study or can widen their perspective by training in several disciplines .

    While traveling if your looking for a place to keep up your cardio or to have a spar, please drop by.

    Equipment: Bring your Gi or just train no gi submission or striking. Your choice!

    Hiking Taiwan

    Taiwan may be a small island, but it is possible to hike in a variety of places. For starters, 75% of the Republic of China is covered by mountains. There are many thousands of square kilometers of forest preserves like Xitou and Alishan; six national parks (Yangmingshan, Yushan, Xueshan, Taroko, Jinmen, and Kenting), and many designated Scenic areas (Xilayia, Sun Moon Lake, East Coast, etc.) Then realize that Taiwan has more than 100 peaks over 3000 meters (10,000 feet), including Yushan, the tallest peak in Northeast Asia, Xueshan, a more technical climb, Dabajianshan, Taiwan's version of the Matterhorn, and Chilaishan, one of the deadliest mountains in Northeast Asia. There are many long treks possible, especially in the sharp peaks of the Zhongyang, Xueshan, and Yushan Mountain Ranges.

    Equipment: Hiking boots are essential for hiking anywhere, as are hiking poles and maps. Be sure to bring food, a daypack or backpack (depending on how long you're hiking), water or a water filter, sunscreen, insect repellent, and rain gear; during the summer, it could rain anytime.

    Just go and climb on the closest hill or mountain at 6 o'clock in the morning then you will see what Tai ji quan is all about....

    People go and make some exercises everyday before it is too hot. During the same time, old men walk their birds, ladies move their hips, and athletes play badminton.
    Make the effort to wake up and go and have a look, it is very nice and relaxing.

    Equipment: Yourself is enough....
    but you can get your bird if u like his/her singing company...
