Favorite thing: Chiu Fen
Chiu Fen is a little far to citydown , it is in a mountain . Chiu means number 'nine' in Chinese . Many years ago , there are only nine families lived here , so if someone goes to town buy something , he has to buy anything for nine families . That is reason for the name ' Chiu Fen ' ~~~

Fondest memory: The hustle and energy of Taipei rush hour

Favorite thing: Err.. I spent few days in Taipei but early morning to late night work did not give enough chance to tour Taipei. The only sightseeing I did was going to the National Palace Museum (http://www.npm.gov.tw/), the world's largest collection of Chinese arts and treasures. I've been to Beijing, China and its the Forbidden City, but being the largest this one is a must-see if you are interested in the history of China. It is just unimaginable how the nationalist brought this vast amount of collection from far away in the north of the mainland.

Favorite thing: Taipei has a wealth of temples and Buddhism remains a strong part of Taiwanese culture. The many temples give a traditional Taiwanese look to an otherwise busy modern skyline.

Favorite thing: Take the bus from Shilin to Yangming Mountain, where you can hike see nice scenery waterfalls and breath the fresh air. This feels a long way from the hustle and bustle of Taipei City.
