The beef noodles were great and living in Japan, I know about Ramen but I was interested to check out the Beef Noodles that were apparentley, so famous so I did. This restaurant was great, although the service was not as high as I find in Japan. More discreet, less welcoming, but good nontheless.

My beef noodles were really spicy (which I like) but there is an option for less spicy in terms of levels of spice. Low - High.

There are plenty of soup base choices. We choose the Ma La (Spicy) + Clear Herbal Soup. they will ask how spicy you want too (Small / Medium / Large Spicy)... The beef slices are good in the steamboat.. and the specility for Ma La Steamboat is "Duck Blood" which is shown in the second pix attached here...the taste like jelly with a bit of blood taste.. hei hei.. i dont really like it.. u can try! Taiwanese love it very much oh.....

The Beef noodles here is reportedly to be among the best in Taipei and it's halal! Packed with customers both Muslims n non-Muslims throughout the day. The noodles come in the spicu n non-spicy variety. Both were very tasty with tender, juicy beef.
