Taipei is a mountainous island . Every summers , there are many typhoons coming and making big mess ! 16-18 Sep 2001 , Nari strom almost broke Taipei ! There are over 80 people dead , and over 1000 buildings including Taipei city hall had suffering of water ! The MRT system also stop by Nari ! This is big calamity ! God bless Taiwan !
